International Shipping
We aim to provide a clear and reliable international delivery service for both single and bulk orders.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address provided. For bulk or large orders, customers may request a bespoke shipping quotation.
In certain remote or hard-to-access locations, additional charges may apply. We will contact you before processing your order if an adjustment is required.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders delivered outside the UK, the customer is solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country.
We accept no responsibility for such charges or for delays caused by customs processes. Failure to pay these charges may result in delivery delays, return of goods, or additional costs, which will be the customer's responsibility.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to carrier limitations, we are only able to ship:
- Central heating radiators up to 140cm in height
- Electric radiators up to 120cm in height
Orders exceeding these limits may be refused or require alternative shipping arrangements.
