Delivery Information

We provide free next day delivery to most of Mainland UK postcodes via DHL for all Towel Rail Radiators, Electric Elements and Towel Radiator Liquid. All Next Day Delivery shipments can be tracked and rescheduled on the DHL website by using your tracking number and postcode:

Accessories are dispatched with Royal Mail 2nd Class.

Diverters are dispatched with Evri/Hermes or DHL if you purchase 2 or more.

We ship products only during the week days. Our cut-off time is 2pm. Products ordered after 2pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

If I am not home when the delivery arrives, what happens?

We always suggest someone is home to accept the delivery, as missing your delivery may result in a re-delivery fee being charged.
If the courier has left you a calling card you may contact them directly to rearrange delivery for a more convenient time. If you have not received a calling card, we will be able to assist you in re-booking delivery. Alternatively, if you purchased a radiator, you can reschedule your shipment on https://track.dhlparcel.co.uk/ - the official DHL tracking website.

Can I modify an existing order?

Orders can be updated and modified up until the picking process begins, which usually happens on the same day. Please contact us as soon as possible if that's the case.

Can I order an item that is not currently in stock?

We don't allow backorders for items currently out of stock. The item quantity displayed in our shop is the actual quantity.

Can you leave my delivery with a neighbour if necessary?

Yes, please leave a note at the checkout and we'll ammend your delivery details.
