For a very small outlay and simple installation I have been able to lower my central heating thermost by two degrees at least. This economy is not used by the manufacturers as a selling point but it should be. I am a very happy customer sitting in a room between the cross currents of warm air.

Ordered this and was dispatched very quickly but unfortunately the wrong one was sent. Contacted the company and I have to say here excellent service by sending out the correct one the next day and had the wrong one picked up as wee. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. Radiator is lovely exactly as described. Very happy to recommend.

Very quick and safe delivery

The electric towel rail arrived quickly. There are no obvious faults and it was very well packed. However, I've found that the company don't respond well to queries. I wanted advice about the size of the drill bit to use with the screws and Rawlplugs provided. I was given the size of the Rawlplugs (8 mm).
I asked if I needed the AV key provided. No answer.
I pointed out that the photos of their towel rails all have the four supports placed AWAY from the vertical side bars. I wondered if this was necessary. (I want to have the four supprts next to the vertical side bars.) No answer.
This is not a satisfactory level of support and customer service.

I've been wracking my head for months trying to think of a way to prevent convected heat going up behind the curtains. Then I discovered this deflector. I bought one immediately. It works really well but I am not expecting it to save significant energy but it does help with circulation in our long lounge. Also the company is excellent. Very efficient and helpful. Definitely 5 stars.
